myservices: installation
When you call myclimate with your enquiry...
We will arrange an appointment for one of our surveyors to visit your premises and discuss your requirements.
We become fully conversant with your long term climate comfort needs. The facets of comfort-temperature, humidity, air quality and noise vary in importance based on the type of occupancy and your business priorities. Budgets, social commitments, and code requirements also influence the design of the comfort system.
The information we collect will identify the comfort systems recommended for your particular building. It also helps identify systems and operating strategies that can help you achieve goals such as lower initial cost, reduced operating cost, sustainable performance, and user satisfaction. After a site survey and discussion with you, our project manager and design team will plan a system to fit all your specifications and requirements.
A schedule of works, method statements and health & safety documentation will be produced. The project is handed over to the installation supervisor who prepares his team for the installation.
All work is carried out to a high standard, with as little disruption to your business as possible, and your premises will be cleaned thoroughly before we leave the job.
Once the work is complete, the system is commissioned in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations and all insulation is installed to BS476 part 6/7 1989 and 1987 as standard. An Operation and Maintenance manual is provided with a full package of after sales service carried out by our specialist service technicians.
Finally, a myclimate courtesy call and questionnaire ensures you are happy with all components of our work.
